1-10 items: P500

11-20 items: Free Shipping Fee

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, please wait up to 7-10 working days for processing, packing and delivery. 

The Gwapitos online shop will collect orders daily. However, we only ship every Wednesday. If your order is placed during the days that follow, those will be shipped on the upcoming Wednesday.

Please be informed that the delivery times that we provide are just rough estimates. There may be possible delays due to unseen circumstances.

We will not be held accountable for late deliveries, as well as lost or damaged products. We always make sure that the product is in no way damaged before packing them for delivery.

How do I track my order?

You may track your order via the tracking number that we will be sending through your e-mail.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

You may cancel your order if payment has not been made. However, you may not cancel your order once already paid. So better think twice and double check all your details before making the payment.
